Description

ITUS VIRTUS LAW ENFORCEMENT MOTORCYCLE CLUB

We are a fraternal non-profit motorcycle organization built by men and women who share similar interests, hobbies, and ideas.  Originally, we were created out of the Founder's vision to promote safety, charity, and service.  The primary focus of the Itus Virtus LE/MC has since been moved to community involvement and secondarily to promote our interest and recreation.

The basic ideologies to protect, serve, and support our community runs through our blood and is very much a definition of who we are as many of our Founders and members are local civil servants.  As a club we continue to offer help to injured civil servants and the community by promoting fun runs and charity runs alike.

The Itus Virtus LE/MC was originally founded by a group of thirteen individuals with different backgrounds and personalities.  Since the inception, we have grown to five charters and spread into two different states.  Our original club was created on September 11, 2013 in honor of those who lost their lives on September 11, 2001.

Definition of Club Name

Itus was a Greek God who was known as the protector of the city.

Virtus was the Greek God of the military and stood for courage, strength, honor and loyalty.

The Founding members came up with these names to represent the ideals they wanted the club to be based upon and this is how the club name came to be.
